They partner with self storage operators to lease small parcels of underutilised land and develop ultra-rapid charging sites for professional drivers, fleets and the general public.
 
Self storage and EV charging are a natural fit; storage sites are typically well-located, highly accessible and many operate 24/7, making them ideal environments for high-utilisation charging.
 
This enables storage operators to generate additional recurring revenue from land that may currently produce little or no income, while increasing site visibility and footfall with LEAP24 funding, building and operating the infrastructure end-to-end.
