As usual this session will be split in to two sections. Our inspirational industry speaker is Emma Chesterton-Kay, Head of UK Property at Storage King, and an SSA UK Board Member. From flying planes to beef burgers, to the world of selling space, Emma has had a really interesting career. The second half of the session will be led by Jane Reason, of Jane Reason Coaching. Jane will share with us her 6 steps to a positive menopause mindset. How we feel about the menopause is proven to affect how we experience it. Whether you are pre-menopause, perimenopause, going through the menopause currently or post menopause, Jane believes talking more about it is vital. Her approach to building a positive menopause mindset is key to supporting not only yourself, but others around you.
