Training Sessions
New for this year’s conference, the SSA UK is offering two training sessions to conclude the event.
Running from 2:00 PM – 4:15 PM on Thursday, 1 May, members can choose either:
Customer Service Excellence or UK Legal
Both sessions will count towards the completion of the SSA UK Accredited Training Programme.
Note: Sessions cost £120 + VAT per person but must be booked separately when purchasing your conference ticket.
Customer Service Excellence
Customer service is a crucial part of delivering customer satisfaction. This training session is designed specifically for the self storage industry and will provide you with the tools and skills needed to ensure your business delivers not just good, but excellent customer service, all the time, even in the most difficult and demanding of situations.

But do you fully understand the contract and how to deal with unusual situations. Covering the sell up process, death of a storer, interacting with authorities, termination, abusive customers, dumped goods, bankruptcy, family disputes and more. Essential training for anyone who owns or manages a self storage business.
