Storer Check is a database of bad self storage customers that is free to use for SSA UK members. It launched at the start of the year and already has over 70 customers listed.
Customers can be listed for a range of reasons from non payers to criminal activity and damage to property. You can then check new customers against the list. There is integration with Sitelink and Storman that allows all new customers to automatically checked against the database.
This webinar will give practical demonstrations on how to list a customer and check the database and explain how the integration with CRM systems works. It will also cover the reasons a customer can be listed for.
