Emily Temple is the Executive Director and Founder of ET Planning, an Independent Planning Consultancy established in April 2017. Emily has over 19 years’ experience in Planning, within both the Public and Private sector, including as a Planning Officer at Test Valley Borough Council and Wokingham Borough Council between 2005-2012. Emily was also an Associate Planning Consultant at a National multidisciplinary consultancy. She has prepared applications for education, commercial, residential, mixed-use developments, Gypsy & Traveller related developments, inclusive of public consultations. She has represented Local Authorities, developers and third parties in many appeals, including as an expert witness at numerous Hearings and Public Inquiries. Emily regularly speaks at property group meetings across the Home Counties. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Environmental Protection awarded by Surrey University, a Master’s degree in Spatial Planning awarded by Oxford Brookes University and is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
