When faced with a full unit where do you begin and how do you know you are doing the right things. Exactly what is classed as a personal item rather than household goods.
Having to deal with a customer's abandoned goods can be frustrating enough, but some items your customer has stored can make the process even more complicated and time-consuming. In this session we’ll discuss what items you would need a licence to sell, when you might have to contact the authorities about certain items and how can you respectfully dispose of ashes that have been stored.
