This year's summit will focus on customers, including building profiles, recognising customers as individuals, and tailoring solutions to different circumstances, enabling you to maximise those all-important leads.
Jill Leckie, from Developed by Me, will deliver this important session on B2B Customer First Experiences - what makes a customer choose a supplier? She will explore who the real B2B customer is, what customer-first means at a B2B level, and how you build a customer-first experience.
