In his session, Jon will look at how you can achieve a work life balance for yourself, and how you can enable this for your team. He will introduce a simple approach to wellbeing, looking at the 12 physical and emotional needs we all have, and which must be met for us to avoid stress. Jon will also explore practical tools and tips for creating a workplace that enables people to meet those needs and reduce sickness and absence due to ill mental health.
