The event takes place in the Palace Suite on the ground floor of the hotel, situated directly behind the main entrance. The suite splits into two sections with the Trade Show and all catering located in the Queens Suite. The adjacent Princes Suite will host the main conference, Annual Industry Awards Launch and the Awards Dinner on the evening of Monday, 4 May.

The Trade Show layout is perimeter pop-up stands only (i.e. no shell scheme) and there are a limited number available at this conference. Please see the draft Floor Plan below:
£900.00 + VAT for the 2 days to include:
- 1 x standard exhibition space in the trade show - 3m width (Note no shell scheme provided at this event)
- 1 x stand contact for both days
- 1 x conference pass for the stand contact
- 1 x refreshments and lunch for the stand contact
- 1 x Awards Dinner place for the stand contact
- Access to Wi-Fi (basic browsing only)
- Access to power
- Copy of the attendance list (excluding those who have chosen not to be listed)
- Pre-Conference Advertising and Promotion - logo on the exhibition list on the FEDESSA and affiliated websites
- Promotion Material - Opportunity to bring give-away items, promotional material and brochures (to be supplied by the exhibitor)
Note: Additional places may be booked by exhibitors at a cost of £150.00 + VAT per person for both days and to include a place at the Awards Dinner. However, these places must be for additional stand contacts only.
